As many of you may have noticed from one of my previous post, (Monitor CPU and Memory Usage with Just One Click in Windows 7), I am doing a little research about Powershell. The new script language that is shipped with Windows 7.
Today I want to show you how to find the top 10 of largest files in a computer using this new feature.

Time Freeze is a Virtual machine (of sorts) that keep your computer safe from viruses, spyware, Trojans and other malicious threats. It puts the real system under protection and creates a virtual environment for system partition, on which you run applications and surf the Internet. All traces and malicious threats will disappear after reboot. You use your computer as you are custom to. The difference is that, when you reboot your computer, it get reset. Every change to the system made by any program will be gone and forgotten.

We already know from Deck’s great posts and RSVR85’s Media Center customization guide that Windows Media Center is a robust media hub with a great user interface. The ability to pull in internet TV, act as a DVR for broadcast TV, and serve as a library for music, pictures, and videos has made it my choice in my home entertainment center. However, it does have its shortcomings, one of which is its inability to play some types of video files without third-party software. I’m going to show you how to make this a non-issue by configuring Windows Media Center to utilize non-Windows Media Player programs to play these files.
