Desktop teleporter is a great utility that moves files and folders that are newly created on your desktop to pre-determined folders.
You can set up rules to help manage images, music, documents etc and you can also set exceptions–as shown in the image above.

Hey, nice desktop. BTW, what dock are you using and what is that weather docklet? It looks really good and I want to use that.
