Thanks Rich,

I've tried Scheduled tasks, but it won't work for my needs, because the options are only

- every day
- every week
- every month
- only once
- at computer start-up
- at user log-in,

and none of them works for me, because I need the .bat to be executed every two minutes.

Any suggestion ?

Thank you again,

Fred Lombardi

Guys, he stated he tried task scheduler (through the gui). Did you try the article I posted?

I am new to messing with this type of stuff.

I have a .BAT file that i'm trying to schedule to run one every hour. I have the file on my desktop right now, if I double-click it, the file runs and it does exactly what it is suppose to do. I setup the task for it in task scheduler and it says that it is running, but it doesn't seem to be actually running b/c its not doing what its suppose to.

To test the .bat file, I double click and run it and it works perfectly again.

Thoughts?
