Dell Inspiron 17" Lappy with Win7 RC 7100. The background is a picture taken by a friend in Florida. The docks are ObjectDock. The widgets are Yahoo Widgets. The Outlook appointment list below the calendar is DeskTask.

For anyone who would like to use the background. 1440x900 resolution...

Hiya all. This is my current desktop, the dock is a reworked Object dock although the Icons were made in Gimp, as was the skinning of the Rainlendar calendar. The time/RAM are modified/reskinned from Rainmeter.

As you can see from the top image I can toggle the events, notes, etc. from the four buttons on the right of the calender.

The taskbar is set to autohide. XP using a Windows 7 skin.

This is on my Toshiba 17" laptop. The second gadget from the top is highly recommended. It is fully customizable so I can have what I want in one place. It can be downloaded for free at thehobbylounge.com.

Here is a screenshot of my Toshiba Windows Vista Home Premium laptop. My background changes, however, every hour with SnapFish Picture Mover, so this is what it was at the time of me taking the picture. :!:

Various skins. Haven't started modding them yet. Will get to that and custom icons later.
