Create a System Restore Point

To create a system restore point in Windows 7:

  1. Click the Start button, type create restore, and click on Create a restore point

  2. In the System Properties dialog box, click Create

  3. Give your restore point a name and click Create

  4. Wait while Windows creates a system restore point for you
