Many of you may have mail quotas at work or you may simply want to keep on top of things. In this guide you’ll learn how to remove attachments from e-mails, while keeping the e-mail in your inbox.
Saving the Attachment
To save the attachment, right click on the e-mail (see figure 1) and click Save As.
(For more than one attachment, open the e-mail and click File > Save Attachments > Save All )
Removing the Attachment
Right click on the e-mail (see figure 1) and click Remove.

Now you wont hit your quota so quickly; if you do this enough, your archiving times will decrease significantly.
