Professionals who are doing 642-642 series, starting from basics like 70-294 and 70-647 are less likely to start working before they complete their 640-863. As compared to them, individuals who start from 70-293 or even 70-536 start working earlier but seldom produce high quality work.

Great icons but where do I go to download them? Also, is the desktop wallpaper down loadable?

Michael, click on the image of the icons you like. A page will then load. Look for a download link (there are many sites, so they are all in different places), and download the zip file. Then extract the file and you will have the icons.
For the wallpaper, click on an image and it will load in another page. Then you can either right click the image and save it, or look for a download/larger image link.
Let me know if you have any problems.

Maybe a nice addition to this topic:
We created a free set of web icons containing more then 340 sports jerseys. It’s freely available at http://www.hollandsevelden.nl/iconset/
Feedback is very much appreciated!

Save an image as .ico or .png in paint. As long as the image is square, you can use it as an icon.
(XP doesn’t support PNG icons unless you use Objectdock.)
If you have Photoshop, you may want to check this guide out…. This will allow you to make the image transparent.
