I use notepad a lot and am always copying text that I want to save for use at a later time. Notepad isn’t really useful for archiving work, but it’s great for keeping snippets on your desktop that can remind you to get stuff done. If you are like me and use Notepad too, this guide is for you.
Send To Notepad is a great tool you can use to send copied text to notepad – without opening notepad and bringing it to the foreground when you want to paste in text.
Just copy the text you want and double click the icon in task bar, it opens the notepad with copied text in it.

Nice tool. I used something like this before and this looks like it will do the trick as I can’t remember what the name of the other program is/was.
