Deauthorize iTunes on Your Old PC FirstIf you use iTunes and you have two or more PCs in your house, you will likely, at some point, encounter the 5 computer authorization limit imposed by iTunes. There are a number of times when I’ve either replaced my PC or reformatted my hard drive and I’ve forgotten to deauthorize iTunes before doing so. This really is not the end of the world; however, if you do reach the five computer limit, your only choice is to deauthorize all five computers on your iTunes account, which can be a pain because you need to add them back again. This guide serves as a reminder to deauthorise iTunes on your iTunes account before you reformat your hard drive or get a new PC.

wireless network Ad Hoc VS Hotspot, and what is Tethering anyway ?Ad-Hoc, Hotspot, Tethering, three words you keep seeing. Three expressions everyone but you seem to know what is. In one of my more popular articles here on mintywhite we deal with setting up your Windows 7 computer as a Wi-Fi Hotspot. In the comments, one of our readers (who probably felt a bit awkward) asked if a HotSpot is the same thing as an Ad-Hoc. Hmm… Let’s explore this topic. After you read this, you might want to tell me to change the name of the before mentioned article to: “Set Windows 7 as WiFi Ad-Hoc” but I’ll explain a bit further down, why I chose the word HotSpot. vista patch bandaid sp1 220x220 SOLVED: Virtual wi fi applications dont work after restartSome readers that tried to set up their computer as a Wireless Hotspot reported that the service fails when rebooting the computer. Some reported to get an error saying something like “The hosted network could not be started”.

This error may also occur in applications using Microsoft’s Virtual Wi-Fi technology on a Windows 7 machine.
