I was able to register the Blu-Ray Ripper, but the Video Converter still says “Registration failed due to invalid Email Address or Registration Code.” Thanks for the BluRay Ripper. I have been waiting for SlySoft to come out with one.
Same here, only the Blu-Ray Ripper is registered. Fair deal though, because I didn’t expect anything else.
thought I’d point out that the reg code is the same on your webpage for both programs! Is that right cos the video convertor will not register?
Sorry for my bad manners and thank you for all the good work you must have put in to set this up plus the sorting out of all the problems. I’m really glad to have the bluray ripper and I’m lust trying to be helpful in pointing out that the reg codes are the same in case that is what is stopping the Video Converter from registering.

the email address and the code you have given is not working… when i insert these.. it shows the registration failed….
Thomas: Thanks for the program but if I have to format my PC then when I re-install the Modiac programs, the e-mail and SN no longer work! How can this be fixed?

There’s a Config.ini file that contains your reguser and regusercode, make sure you back this file up before you delete anything.
Thomas: For many of us…being able to find the config.ini file will be very useful IF you could take some time to show us how to find it! I’ve searched everywhere I could think of and have found nothing…
