can anyone tell me how to move e-mails from a folder in a windows live account to a documents folder?
what i want is to move all my received emails to my documents folder to keep them there.

Are you using Windows Live Mail (not the online version)?
If so, click File > Export and you can save your mail (don't have Windows Live on the computer I'm using right now so I can't tell you any more than that.)
If you're using Windows Live Mail through live.com/hotmail.com, let me know and I'll figure out how you can export it.
