When I run any program, this pops up: D3dx9_38.dll Not Found Error. Please help me fix this.

This is a DirectX error. This is happening with Windows 7? Have you tried a restart? If nothing fixes it, try re-installing DirectX 9 from Microsoft's site and updating your video card drivers.

Yes! this is in windows 7. But I fixed it by what you said, downloading Direct X 9. But, I already had 11. weird. But the good thing is, I fixed it! tank you for ur help.
