I have ran every version of windows as I started with Apple and got burnt on the Fat Mac and refuse to go back.My question is simple I aam running the RC version of Windows 7 Ultimate and there was no way to upgrade.My new system which is eligible/ineligle for windows 7 is the new Asus with quad core and 8 gig ram.I have been reading when I upgrade my new system
my original software will be deleted.As Ihave to reformat the system and start all over.Or will there be a way to upgrade and not lose all my data.Lastly When Vista first came out the 2nd day was 22 megs of upgrade the 2bd day anbd there were many compatability problems with previous drivers abd software.Hopefully Microsoft and other OEM’s will have this corrected.I hope.
